TUESDAY

Tuesday began with a filling breakfast of hotcakes. The dental team headed for the clinic for a full morning of people. Leslie tells us of kids requiring multiple fillings. The children do not seem to be too scared. The VBS team had a full house of 42+ kids. The construction team enjoyed hearing their singing from the roof top! Construction moved a large pile of sand (5 tons) to the roof before lunch. One 5 gallon bucket at a time. Some concrete was poured before it was realized we are short on volcanic rock......so another 1/2 truck will hit the ground ( more like the road and sidewalk) in the morning! The afternoon held a trip in to the chaos known as market day. The sights, sounds and smells will move you close to sensory overload. Tonight holds in store another wonderful meal and much needed rest! Tomorrow will be another busy day. A surprise awaits the team as the Alarcon family (Jorge´s Mom) will be hosting dinner at her home for the team!

More news tommorrow! Please keep the team and all the wonderful people in Ozumba in your prayers.

Ray

All,

We are certainly praying for you to continue to bless these people with your presence and your witness!

We are also praying that the rains that we see on the weather forecast are passing you by... and that their weather people are as incorrect as our local crew. :o)

It sounds like you are also getting to take in sights, the tastes, and smells of the area!

Looking forward to seeing pictures and hearing of your adventure whenyou get back!

Be safe - Andea and Jeff Young

Keep up the enthusiasm!

Here is one of my favorite, uplifting verses involving missions.

Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth, . . . Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. Psalm 96

God Bless All and say hello to the kitchen crew!

Hi Team,
We are praying for the team as you do God's work. I know that you will be blessed each day as you work with the kids in VBS, medical, dental and construction.
Ray tell Jorge hello for Travis and I as well as the kitchen folks. Travis just got back for St. Matthews S.C. working on a house and while he was there he told everone about Mexico. Travis and I were truly blessed last year.
Keep up the good work!! Glad to hear that things went well with costums this year.

Ray,
Travis wants you to ask Lindsay if she just back from St. Matthews? When we looked at the pictures he thinks that she is the same person he work with. If so tell her that T.J.( that is what they called him down there) said hello and to email him.
Thanks,
Melinda

Glad to hear you are having fun while doing God's work!

Please let Nathan know that Nana VS (his 97 year-old great grandmother) fell and had to have the ball replaced in her left hip. Some prayers for her would be appreciated. I sent flowers and a bear from our family.

Can't wait to hear all about your trip when you get back!
